Appyling for a Mobility-to-Employment Project

Upon receipt of a completed application, our Client Services Director will present your request to the Selection Committee and advocate on your behalf. Our Selection Committee meets monthly in order to review applications and make funding decisions.

Client Criteria:

      • Employed adult
      • Mobility challenged
      • Oregon resident

Examples of Mobility Equipment:

      • Van modifications
      • Hand controls
      • Ramps
      • Powerchair
      • Manual wheelchairs
      • Grab bar
      • Items not considered medically necessary by insurance companies
      • Insurance deductibles for mobility equipment
